Sumo by Xavier Lust

Sumo Baleri Italia Sumo Baleri Italia

The voluptuous and welcoming roundness of the seats evoke the power, balance, serenity and the force tranquille of a Sumo wrestler.

Tato Tattoo by Maurizio Galante

Tato Tattoo by Maurizio Galante

''What are four poufs doing in a living room? All alone? And not talking to each other? I want to make them talk: I imagine a ''conversational seat''. The same form, but with a printed image. The same comfort but with humour: digital prints, each one different from the other. A tender white bunny, a flamingo that for once is resting, a bunch of snakes not at all cruel but inspired by certain images of the Virgin Mary, the huge skull of a hyppo, one of those that amuses children so much. I imagine them, I see them, I feel them, they talk to each other, they talk to us, they do! Happy and comfortable they keep us and each other company.'' Maurizio Galante
